Rules Governing Betting, Gameplay & Outcome Settlement
All betting and gaming decisions on 12bangla are made at the user's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed — so make sure before you place it.
12bangla reserves the right to void bets and refund the stake amount in the following circumstances:
Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift before a bet is confirmed, 12bangla reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds. 12bangla is not liable for any bets missed due to internet connection issues.
If a match or event is found to involve match-fixing, 12bangla reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return the funds.

12bangla offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer comes with its own validity period and conditions — please read the specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
A bonus is available to new members on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given timeframe, the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonus balance can be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus funds are converted to cash balance only after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
Activities Strictly Prohibited on 12bangla
The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of 12bangla's services. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.
12bangla uses automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. If any irregularity is identified, action may be taken without prior notice.
Account Suspension, Closure & Appeals Process
12bangla reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
If your account is closed, you may appeal by emailing support@12bangla.net. A decision will be provided within 7 business days of receiving your appeal. If the closure is upheld, any available cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.
An account with no transactions for 24 consecutive months will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts. Logging back in will restore the account to active status.
